This role requires strong collaboration, decision-making, and strategic thinking to translate vision into actionable work while fostering an Agile culture.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure it reflects business priorities and user needs.\nWrite, refine, and complete user stories, including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, to provide clear and actionable guidance to the development team.\nEnsure backlog items are well-groomed and ready for development, reducing ambiguity and supporting efficient delivery.\nServe as the primary liaison between the development team, business stakeholders, and customers.\nActively engage with stakeholders to understand business goals, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.\nDefine and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.\nStay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape the product roadmap.\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure the development team has a clear understanding of priorities and objectives for each sprint.\nCollaborate with the team to deliver incremental value, ensuring product releases meet quality and business expectations.\nPrioritize features and enhancements to balance technical debt, user satisfaction, and business value.\nStay updated on Agile methodologies, industry standards, and technological advancements.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team feedback and adapting processes as needed.\nActively participate in Agile communities and learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and bring innovative ideas to the organization.\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the impact of delivered features.\nRegularly review and analyze product performance, providing insights for improvement.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.\nCertified in Project Management Professional (PMP). \nProven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile environment.\nStrong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).\nExperience with product lifecycle management and delivering customer-centric solutions.\nFamiliarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical environments.\nAdditional:\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate requirements and prioritize
