In this role, you’ll own the marketing data and analytics ecosystem-from click tracking to lead conversion reporting. You’ll use SQL, GA4, Tableau, Salesforce, Invoca, GTM, and related platforms to build trusted reporting, improve attribution, identify performance trends, and help channel owners make smarter decisions about spend, testing, and strategy.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain SQL-backed datasets for campaign, channel, lead, attribution, and conversion reporting\nAnalyze marketing performance across paid search, paid social, display, email, web, offline, and other channels\nPartner with channel owners to answer key business questions: what happened, why it happened, and what to do next\nStandardize marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, ROI, attribution windows, and funnel metrics\nDevelop Tableau dashboards and recurring reports based on trusted data models\nMonitor data quality, tracking gaps, duplicates, reconciliation issues, and reporting inconsistencies\nSupport attribution, media mix, lead quality, funnel conversion, and budget allocation analysis\nDesign, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and marketing experiments\nQA and troubleshoot tracking across GA4, GTM, Salesforce, Invoca, paid media platforms, email, web, and offline channels\nPresent clear, actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, agencies, and leadership\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience as a marketing analyst, marketing data analyst, data analyst, or similar role\nStrong SQL skills, including pulling, joining, cleaning, and aggregating marketing and CRM data\nExperience supporting digital or performance marketing teams with actionable reporting and analysis\nHands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager\nExperience with Tableau or similar BI tools connected to SQL/data models\n2+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing tests or experiments\nUnderstanding of paid search, paid social, display, email, and omnichannel campaign measurement\nExperience with CRM or marketing automation reporting; Salesforce preferred\nStrong data-quality mindset and ability to validate reporting before sharing insights\nClear communication skills with the ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered\nNice to Have\nAdvanced SQL, including CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, or warehouse/ETL experience\nPython or R for deeper analysis\nExperience with customer lifetime value, predictive scoring, MMM, or multi-touch attribution\nBasic JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for GTM and tracking troubleshooting\nPaid media platform APIs or warehouse integrations\nExperience in security, home services, smart home, subscription, or lead-generation businesses\nExperience working with agencies and Sales teams on lead quality and funnel conversion\nWhy Join CPI Security?\nAt CPI Security, you’ll join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on innovation, service, and protecting what matters most.
