  1. ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และโยกย้ายอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเครือข่ายตามคำขอ
  2. แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยว Hardware และ Software
  3. ตรวจสอบสถานะอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และประสานงานผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อแก้ไขเหตุด่วน
  4. สำรองข้อมูลตามรอบเวลา บันทึก Log Sheet และทำรายงานประจำเดือน
  5. ควบคุมดูแลการใช้งานตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย และตรวจนับทรัพย์สินไอทีทั้งหมด
  6. ประสานงานกับ Vendor เพื่อส่งซ่อมอุปกรณ์ทั้งในและนอกประกัน
  7. จัดทำสถิติปัญหาประจำเดือน และวางแผนบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ล่วงหน้า

Qualifications

  • ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Network

  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบเครือข่าย และฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี

  • สามารถทำงานระหว่างจังหวัดชุมพร และจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีได้
