This role supports a multi-site enterprise network environment, combining engineering and day-to-day operational support to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing network.\nReporting to the Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining network reliability, implementing improvements, and supporting critical business operations.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, implement, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutions\nMaintain and optimize network performance, reliability, and capacity\nPerform ongoing maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management\nTroubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environment\nSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilities\nEnsure network configurations meet security and compliance requirements\nContribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement efforts\nPay range depending on experience: $101,000 - $126,300 + bonus potential\nQualifications\nWhat You Bring (Requirements)\n5+ years of network engineering and/or operations experience\nStrong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies\nExperience supporting enterprise, multi-site network environments\nSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nNice to Have\nExperience with Cisco (including Meraki), Palo Alto networking platforms (including IONs and Panorama), Arista (including CloudVision), or comparable technologies\nFamiliarity with PCI compliance requirements\nFamiliarity with LogicMonitor\nExposure to cloud or hybrid networking environments\nFamiliarity with scripting or automation tools\nHow You Work\nSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership\nComfortable working independently while collaborating across teams\nDetail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and hygiene\nProactive in identifying and addressing issues before they impact the business\nReliable and accountable, especially in high-impact situations\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time\nCompany Overview: CPI Card Group® is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
