This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a great performance-based income, while providing a valuable service to our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nInstalls commercial customers new equipment or systems to ensure the system exceeds customers’ expectations \nEducate, train and demonstrate the customers new system\nMust be able to work closely with supervisor and other technicians to coordinate and complete jobs \nMaintain a good rapport and attitude with coworkers and customer base\nProvide solutions and use expertise for challenges that may arise for customers\nMaintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology\nPresent a professional appearance and maintain a clean and professional vehicle image\nImplement new ideas and strategies to make tasks easier\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.\nStrong sales skills, with an emphasis on upselling and closing techniques.\nExcellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.\nMechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nPositive attitude, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends.\nWhat’s In It For You:\n $70,000-80,000 annual average earnings (hourly paid training and 100% uncapped commissions)\nCompany fuel card, company equipment provided (i.e. vehicle, iphone, ipad)\nComprehensive and on-going training when you start, includes leadership development.\nEngaging and fun company culture that succeeds through diversity.\nGreat medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short-term & long-term disability and life insurance options.
