This role supports general maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, and day-to-day facility and fleet needs across assigned locations. Core responsibility will be based at our location in Charlotte, NC.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working independently while following established procedures and safety standards.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform general maintenance and repair work, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and vehicle servicing.\nSupport preventive maintenance programs and service schedules for facilities, equipment, and fleet assets.\nCoordinate and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly work completed by outside vendors.\nSafely operate maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, paint equipment, ice removal equipment, and ladders.\nCommunicate with the Asset Manager, cleaning crews, and other team members regarding maintenance needs and completed work.\nPrioritize daily assignments using sound judgment to complete work efficiently and safely.\nComplete basic tracking and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.\nTravel to assigned locations as needed to support maintenance and fleet operations.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of maintenance, fleet, facilities, or related experience.\nWorking knowledge of general building maintenance practices and procedures.\nAbility to safely use common maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\nStrong communication, organization, and time management skills.\nValid driver’s license required.\nAbility to travel up to 30%.\nWhat’s In It for You\n$50,000 -
