The successful candidate will have strong technical, problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. He/She will also want to influence and guide architectural decisions and impact on the overall direction of the App Delivery group. This is an on-site position that will collaborate and grow within the experience Software team at our HQ in Charlotte, NC.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform full stack engineering on both cloud and on prem systems: design, develop, and unit test applications from the UI/UX, business rules, integration, and data layers\nMaintain and troubleshoot internal SQL projects and existing\nIntegrate and customize third-party PaaS services and applications\nCreate, build, and release definitions to support and improve CI/CD workflows\nParticipate in Scrum activities including planning, estimating, standups, and retrospectives\nCollaborate with IT team and business stakeholders at all levels on project delivery\nDocumentation of technical designs and knowledge base content\nJob Requirements/Experience\n6+ years with CPI’s core technologies and development frameworks:\nC#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, some ORM (EF, NHibernate, Dapper, etc.) - .NET Core\nAngular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS\nRabbitMQ or other message brokers\nT-SQL and database design (normalization, indexing, query optimization)\nDevelopment and publishing of private Nuget packages\nStrong Experience with SQL development and design\nExperience with Apex or Salesforce Development is a plus but not required\n2+ years of hands-on Scrum experience\nExpertise with design patterns and SOLID principles\nExperience with high scale architectures and concepts: microservices, queues and pub/sub, distributed systems and data sources, GRPC, etc.\nExperience with Salesforce or other CRMs, e-commerce, distribution/warehouse and workflow-driven systems\nExcellent written and oral communication\nExperience with Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Storage\nExperience implementing Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI builds and releases\nNetworking and infrastructure knowledge or experience\nExperience with pen testing, software scanning, and testing
