The successful candidate will manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities for growth across their territory.\nReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout South-West.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManaging and growing an existing portfolio of pharmacy and health store accounts\nDeveloping strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor\nIntroducing new product launches and promotional activity\nDriving sales growth across your territory\nIdentifying and securing new business opportunities\nDelivering product training and educational sessions for customers\nManaging customer queries and providing excellent account support\nMonitoring market trends and competitor activity\nAchieving territory sales and growth targets\nThe ideal candidate will be a motivated, commercially focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships.\nYou will have:\nPrevious experience in field sales, account management, or business development\nStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills\nA consultative and customer-focused approach to sales\nExcellent organisational and territory management abilities\nThe ability to work independently and manage your own schedule\nA full clean driving
