It is a purpose-led company that has been backing independent Irish businesses for over a decade, and it is known for jargon-free advice and high service standards. With ambitious growth plans in place, it is expanding its Account Management team.\nThe Role\nYou will manage your own portfolio of SME customers, such as cafés, pharmacies, workshops and garages. You will build lasting relationships with the owners, renew their facilities year after year and grow your book with new business. You will work across a range of finance products, including flexible business loans, merchant cash advance and leasing. You will report to the Team Leader, Account Management.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of SME customers, sorted into tiers, with a set contact schedule for each tier\nDrive renewals, with a target of renewing 80% of your book, and win back lapsed customers\nBring in new customers every month, directly, through introducers and through industry partner organisations\nOwn and develop at least one strategic partner relationship as a source of leads\nAdvise customers on the right product, explain costs clearly and coach prospects who are not yet fundable\nLearn the company’s credit policy well enough to qualify applications accurately\nPrepare complete, high-quality credit submissions that move through the process quickly\nMeet your monthly lending volume and net fee targets\nRequirements\n2+ years’ experience in sales, relationship management or account management\nExperience in lending or financial services is an advantage but not essential\nConfident and warm on the phone, with an interest in how businesses work\nWell organised and disciplined, with good CRM habits\nCommercially minded and comfortable discussing money, margins and repayment capacity\nSelf-motivated, open to coaching and driven to hit targets\nAligned with a business focused on doing well and doing good\nWhat’s on Offer\n€35,000 -
