support the development of high-performing Agile teams.\nRequired Experience\nDemonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role, supporting multiple technical teams and initiatives.\n Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.\nStrong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies (SDLC).\nPractical experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.\nProven experience managing sprint reporting, capacity planning, quarterly planning cycles, and PI planning activities.\nStrong coaching and facilitation capabilities, with a track record of driving Agile adoption.\nExperience working within global or distributed teams, including coordinating Scrum of Scrums.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.\nExposure to data warehousing, reporting, or business intelligence projects.\nExperience operating within complex and highly regulated technical
