This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise automation solutions, combining hands-on engineering with AI, platform development and technical leadership.\nThe successful candidate will work across a modern automation landscape, helping design and deliver scalable solutions using technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and Tungsten Automation, while also exploring how Generative AI and agentic AI can be effectively integrated into business processes.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and deliver enterprise automation solutions across multiple platforms.\nBuild AI-enabled solutions incorporating intelligent document processing, knowledge discovery, summarisation and Generative AI.\nDevelop and integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources and document platforms.\nSupport the development of agentic and multi-agent AI solutions.\nTake technical ownership of automation solutions from initial design through to production and ongoing optimisation.\nEstablish reusable development patterns and engineering standards across the automation environment.\nWork closely with business, technology, security and architecture teams on the delivery of new solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and development teams.\nRequirements\nStrong professional experience within automation engineering, RPA, intelligent automation or a similar technology area.\nHands-on experience with at least two of the following: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform or Tungsten Automation.\nExperience delivering AI-enabled automation solutions within an enterprise environment.\nExposure to Generative AI, intelligent document processing or agentic AI would be highly advantageous.\nStrong knowledge of APIs, system integration and enterprise applications.\nUnderstanding of modern software engineering practices including source control, testing and CI/CD.\nPrevious experience taking technical ownership of automation platforms or complex solutions.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience within financial services or another regulated environment would be an advantage.\nOn Offer\nSenior, high-impact position within a growing technology and automation function.\nOpportunity to work across AI, Generative AI, agentic AI and enterprise automation.\nSalary range of €70,000 - €110,000 depending on experience and overall fit.\nDiscretionary incentive opportunity.\nHybrid and flexible working.\nPrivate medical insurance and additional wellbeing benefits.\nPension and broader benefits package.\nStrong learning, development and career progression opportunities.\nCpl are partnering with our client on an exciting period of technology investment and transformation.
