candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering agronomic and livestock-related technical support.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow an existing customer portfolio across the assigned territory.\nAnalyse weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and implement actions to achieve sales targets.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.\nProvide customers with accurate product recommendations and technical advice to support purchasing decisions.\nPromote a broad range of agricultural products and solutions.\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive territory and customer engagement plan.\nContribute to annual sales budgets, forecasting, and growth strategies.\nIdentify opportunities to regain lost business and increase market share.\nSupport the expansion of product sales across both existing and prospective customers.\nMaintain accurate customer records and activity through the CRM system.\nTrack customer activity, sales opportunities, and market developments within the territory.\nWork closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to drive sales initiatives.\nPromote products and services through effective communication and knowledge sharing.\nStay informed on industry developments, regulations, market trends, and farming practices that impact customers.\nSupport the efficient collection of payments and maintain strong account management practices.\nEssential Requirements\nDegree in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years' commercial and technical sales experience within the agricultural sector.\nStrong knowledge of crop agronomy, animal nutrition, grassland management, weed control, minerals, and animal health.\nExcellent understanding of modern farming practices and agricultural markets.\nProven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.\nStrong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.\nFull driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.\nDesirable\nIASIS qualification or equivalent.\nExperience in both livestock and crop
