You’ll be dealing with issues related to deceased customers, being the first point of contact for the family or solicitor.\nThe working days and hours are from 9am to 5pm and the phone line hours are from 9.30am to 4.30pm.\nWhile you are an employee of Cpl’s you are managed day to day by Bank of Ireland and made to feel very much part of the team.\nExceptional attention to detail is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate must be comfortable working within highly complex operational processes, where each case can be unique and requires careful assessment and judgement. The bereavement process involves navigating multiple banking systems, interpreting varied customer circumstances, and ensuring accurate execution of often intricate end-to-end processes.
