This role will support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, building services operations, contractor coordination and project administration across a busy estate environment.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with facilities, estates, engineering and operational teams, ensuring projects and maintenance activities progress safely, efficiently and on schedule.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate building services and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion\nSupport delivery of a major utilities and infrastructure upgrade programme\nLiaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders\nCoordinate site access, permits, RAMS reviews and project documentation\nMonitor project actions, schedules and progress reports\nSupport planned shutdowns and critical infrastructure works\nAssist with maintenance planning and contractor management\nMaintain project records, compliance documentation and service reports\nTrack actions through maintenance management and helpdesk systems\nSupport operational continuity across critical building systems\nRequirements\nExperience within project engineering, facilities management, estates, construction, maintenance or technical services environments\nExperience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders\nStrong organisational and project coordination skills\nKnowledge of health and safety procedures, RAMS and permit systems\nExcellent communication and relationship management skills\nStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office\nDesirable\nBuilding Services, Mechanical or Electrical project experience\nExperience within education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial or large campus environments\nExperience of CMMS, PEMAC, CAFM or maintenance management
