solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and keep workstreams progressing.\nAssist local SMEs in aligning regional processes with standardized/global processes.\nTrack, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed.\nContribute to cutover planning and support data-related activities during go-live.\nProvide input to project planning, task dependencies, and progress reporting.\nSupport testing cycles, training preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.\nEnsure timely stakeholder review and acceptance of project deliverables.\nAssist in evaluating and prioritizing change requests.\nAccountabilities\nAct as the day-to-day liaison between business SMEs and technical teams to ensure clarity and progress.\nServe as a primary contact point for business stakeholders across releases.\nSupport organizational change management activities in collaboration with project leads.\nParticipate in all phases of the project: requirements, analysis, design, development support, testing, training, and post-production support.\nComplete functional documentation within the areas of responsibility.\nProvide input to training plans and support SMEs during country go-lives.\nProvide recommendations to project managers and business owners to support decision-making.\nParticipate in project health reviews to help ensure alignment with project goals.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience as a Business Analyst supporting HR, technology, or process-driven projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to develop clear process and requirements documentation.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project/task management tools.\nNice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)\nExperience with HR or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, GlobalView, Safeguard).\nExposure to global payroll or cross-country HR processes.\nExperience supporting change management activities.\nBackground in cutover planning or data conversion support.\nPrevious involvement in global or multi-country transformation programs.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nAnalytical mindset and attention to detail.\nCollaboration and teamwork across global and
