The successful candidate will play a key role in building and growing a national business community, creating meaningful experiences for members both online and in person.\nThe Role\nReporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and managing a thriving community of business professionals, while delivering engaging events, networking opportunities, and industry initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and grow a national business community through online and offline engagement initiatives.\nPlan and deliver a calendar of events including networking events, business forums, webinars, conferences, and industry awards.\nManage community engagement across digital platforms and social channels.\nDevelop strong relationships with members, sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.\nOversee event logistics, budgets, sponsorship activity, and attendee experience.\nCollaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.\nTrack and report on community engagement, event performance, and key success metrics.\nCreate engaging content to keep members connected and active between events.\nAbout You\n2+ years' experience in community management, events, partnerships, marketing, or stakeholder engagement.\nExperience delivering B2B events, conferences, networking programmes, or membership-based initiatives.\nExcellent relationship-building and communication skills.\nStrong commercial awareness with experience managing sponsors or external partners.\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nConfident working with senior stakeholders and representing a brand at events.\nStrong content creation and social media skills.\nWillingness to travel nationally as required.\nThis role is moving fast.
