The successful candidate will work closely with customers and technical teams to optimise and qualify critical process systems including sterilisation and washing equipment.\nThe position offers significant exposure to advanced pharmaceutical technologies, customer-facing project work and excellent long-term career development opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform thermal mapping and process development activities\nSupport commissioning, qualification and validation projects\nExecute cycle development and performance qualification studies\nSupport autoclave, washer and process equipment qualification activities\nAnalyse validation data and produce technical reports\nTroubleshoot process performance issues and implement improvements\nExecute validation protocols and prepare qualification documentation\nPerform thermocouple calibration and verification activities\nSupport equipment qualification lifecycle activities\nLiaise with clients, suppliers and internal technical specialists\nParticipate in customer meetings and technical presentations\nEnsure work is completed in line with GMP requirements and quality standards\nSupport wider commissioning and qualification activities where required\nEssential Requirements\nDegree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Validation, Science or a related technical discipline\nExperience within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments\nUnderstanding of equipment qualification and validation activities\nStrong technical writing and report writing skills\nAbility to interpret technical documentation, drawings and specifications\nExperience working within GMP environments\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and customer-facing abilities\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nFull driving licence\nWillingness to travel extensively and spend extended periods on customer sites\nDesirable Experience\nThermal mapping\nProcess development\nAutoclave qualification\nWasher qualification\nSterilisation validation\nTemperature mapping\nEquipment validation\nInstrument calibration\nCQV activities\nE-Val Pro or similar validation
