You'll work with a range of stakeholders to drive engagement, grow online communities, and support digital fundraising and marketing initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Campaigns\nPlan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital channels\nMonitor performance, analyse results, and provide campaign reporting and insights\nSupport campaign budgeting and ensure all activities comply with GDPR requirements\nEmail Marketing\nCreate and deliver targeted email campaigns and automated journeys\nWork with internal teams to develop audience segments and campaign messaging\nTrack performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement\nWebsite Management\nMaintain and update website content and microsites\nMonitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and UTM tracking\nCoordinate technical updates with external development partners\nContent & Community Engagement\nCreate compelling content across web, email, social media, blogs, and video\nIdentify content opportunities and emerging digital trends\nBuild and engage online communities across multiple channels\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners\nEnsure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints\nAbout You\nEssential Requirements\nDegree in Marketing or a related discipline\n1-2 years' experience in a marketing agency, non-profit, or fast-paced commercial environment\nStrong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills\nExperience managing digital content, email campaigns, and social media channels\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and
