The role also extends to include receipt of material into Distribution and overall inventory management.\nJOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe post holder will:\n1. Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOP’s\n2. Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear\n3. Handle all material carefully and in the correct manner\n4. Ensure the correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders\na. Be proficient in picking across the full range of Distribution Protocols\nb. Demonstrate the ability to pick requiring minimum of supervision\nc. Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations\nd. Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations\n5. Process Distribution Orders in accordance with Distribution Instructions\na. Demonstrate competency and confidence in processing a wide range of orders\nb. Demonstrate the ability to process requiring the minimum of supervision\nc. Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations\nd. Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations\n6. Retrieve material from outside Warehouses in an efficient manner\n7. Perform the receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordingly\n8. Complete all Inventory Management tasks as appropriate\n9. Organise all Distribution activities to ensure efficient and secure completion\n10. Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems\n11. Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors\n12.
