It's a genuine opportunity to become a trusted advisor to senior leadership, with a clear pathway towards a future Finance Director position.\nThe Opportunity\nAs Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function while partnering with the Managing Director and leadership team to drive performance, improve processes and support strategic initiatives.\nYou'll be joining the business at an exciting stage of growth, where your input will directly influence commercial decisions, operational improvements and long-term success.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with the Managing Director to support business growth and strategic decision-making.\nLead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.\nProduce monthly management accounts, financial reporting and performance analysis.\nManage cash flow, financial controls and overall business performance.\nDeliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability.\nSupport strategic projects, investment decisions and future growth initiatives.\nStrengthen finance systems, processes and reporting capabilities.\nBuild strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner.\nContribute to the development of a high-performing and commercially focused organisation.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a proactive and commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a growing business environment and wants to make a genuine impact.\nYou will ideally bring:\nExperience within a Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, Commercial Accountant or similar role\nProven experience managing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting\nStrong P&L, cash flow and financial reporting experience\nThe ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nA hands-on approach with the ambition to progress your career\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nQualifications\nYou will be:\nACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified\nExperienced in preparing management accounts and financial reports\nFamiliar with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes\nKnowledgeable in UK financial reporting and financial controls\nWhat's on Offer?\nDirect access to and mentorship from the Managing Director\nSignificant influence within a growing business\nExposure to strategic decision-making and business growth plans\nClear career progression towards Finance Director level\nOpportunity to help shape and develop the finance function\nCompetitive salary of £55,000 -
