oversee the day-to-day finance function, lead and develop high-performing teams, and provide strategic financial insight to support business growth and decision-making.\nThe Person\nFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a Financial Controller role within a commercial environment.\nProven track record of leading and developing finance teams.\nStrong experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nAdvanced Excel and ERP systems experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).\nExperience implementing finance systems, controls, and process improvements.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including reporting at Board/Senior Management level.\nWhat's on Offer\nCompetitive
