Flexsource is currently recruiting General Operatives / Assemblers for a busy production facility based in Dublin 15.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, electrical installations, automotive repairs, hand tools, power tools, or manufacturing environments who are looking to develop their skills within a growing and established organisation.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire Low voltage switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and control panels.
Install electrical components including circuit breakers, contactors, relays, meters, and protection devices.
Carry out wiring, cable termination, trunking, and containment work.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Perform basic testing and continuity checks and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Complete production documentation and report any quality or technical issues.
Follow all health & safety procedures, electrical standards, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Previous experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, panel wiring, or electrical installation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Knowledge of Low voltage electrical systems.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
