Or are you in a junior HR role & looking to take the next step in your career to a Generalist role?\nOur client, a major provider of engineering & technical services to the multinational manufacturing sector in Ireland, have now engaged with us in Cpl to recruit them recruit for this new role so if you're interested, please apply!.\nThe Job:\nThe successful candidate will be a key part of the HR team, report directly to the HR Manager & cover a wide remit of HR duties & projects across the site.\nThese will include, but not be limited to, employee engagement & query resolution, comps/bens & T&A administration, managing internal & external recruitment processes, coordinating training/L&D programmes, delivering HR change projects & supporting the wider leadership & operations teams with their HR needs.\nYour Skills/Experience that we need:\n3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline. \n2-3+ years relevant HR experience as a minimum.\nExperience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment is not essential but would be an advantage. \nExcellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.\nStrong IT, data analysis & HR reporting skills.\nThe Offer:\nThis is a permanent role & salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but could range up to 50k + benefits.
