role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to influence and shape people practices within a dynamic, project-driven environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Strategy & Employee Relations\nSupport the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and best practices.\nProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.\nLead employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance management processes.\nCoach managers to ensure fair and consistent application of employment policies and procedures.\nFoster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.\nRecruitment & Talent Acquisition\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and project teams.\nPartner with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.\nDevelop workforce planning and resourcing strategies aligned to business objectives.\nDrive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.\nUtilise a range of sourcing channels including social media, job boards, direct sourcing and agency partnerships.\nOversee onboarding and induction programmes, delivering an outstanding candidate experience.\nHR Operations & Compliance\nMonitor and report on key HR metrics including turnover, absence, quality of hire and time-to-fill.\nEnsure compliance with employment legislation, right-to-work requirements and internal policies.\nMaintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.\nSupport salary reviews, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities and wider HR projects.\nPrepare annual FEC and statutory reporting requirements.\nAssist with international recruitment activities and Home Office compliance processes where required.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nA third-level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline and/or a minimum of five years' relevant HR experience.\nStrong experience in a similar role with particular expertise in recruitment and employee relations.\nExperience operating within a fast-paced, project-led environment.\nUp-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.\nExperience advising and influencing managers on people-related matters.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nHigh levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.\nA proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.\nDesirable Experience\nCIPD qualification or membership.\nExperience with UK Home Office processes, right-to-work and immigration compliance.\nInternational recruitment experience.\nWorkforce planning within project-based or multi-site businesses.\nPreparation of FEC,
