You'll have the opportunity to influence business decisions, enhance people processes and create meaningful employee experiences while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the HR function, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees.\nDrive employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and performance matters.\nManage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.\nDevelop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.\nCoach and support managers to strengthen leadership and people management capability.\nMaintain and develop HR systems, reporting and employee records.\nOversee payroll preparation, attendance and timekeeping data.\nCoordinate probation reviews, performance management and employee development initiatives.\nSupport employee wellbeing, engagement and health & safety initiatives.\nDeliver HR reporting, workforce insights and compliance activities, including ECNI and Article 55 requirements.\nContribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the company HR strategy.\nWhat We're Looking For?\nWe're keen to speak with proactive, commercially aware HR professionals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.\nEssential Criteria\nCIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or above\nMinimum two years' experience in a broad stand-alone HR Generalist position\nStrong knowledge of NI employment legislation and HR best practice\nProven experience managing employee relations cases\nExperience leading recruitment and onboarding activities\nAbility to influence, coach and support managers effectively\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\nExperience using HRIS systems and producing HR reports\nWhat's On Offer?\nCompetitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)\nPermanent, full-time position based in Armagh\n39-hour working week:\nMonday-Thursday: 9:00am -
