The role offers significant exposure across the business, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide both operational and strategic HR support.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead HR extensive reporting, workforce analytics, and people metrics, providing insights to support business decision-making.\nManage employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to managers on employment matters and best practice.\nOversee probation and performance management processes, coaching leaders and supporting complex cases.\nEnsure HR data accuracy, compliance reporting, and governance requirements are met.\nDrive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, reporting, and people operations.\nSupport HR technology, automation, and transformation initiatives, including HRIS enhancements and AI adoption.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and contribute to wider HR projects and strategic initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years' HR experience within a large, complex organisation.\nStrong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently.\nAdvanced Excel and HR reporting/data analytics skills.\nExperience working with HR systems;
