It’s a small team, so your work is seen quickly and there is real room to grow.\nThe role\nYou’ll sit between the data and the sales team. You’ll dig into sales and customer data, spot where the opportunities are, and help the team turn them into revenue. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and learn how a healthcare business runs commercially.\nWhat you’ll do\nAnalyse sales, customer and market data to find new opportunities\nBuild clear reports in Excel that the sales team can act on\nHelp prioritise leads and support the team in converting them\nTrack performance and flag trends, risks and areas for growth\nKeep customer and pipeline data accurate\nWhat we’re looking for\nA science degree (biology, chemistry, biomedical science or similar)\nGood with numbers and confident in Excel\nSome experience in an admin, analytical or support role\nCurious, motivated and keen to build a career in healthcare\nA clear communicator who enjoys working with others\nNice to have\nExperience in a medical device or healthcare company\nExposure to sales, CRM systems or reporting tools\nWhat’s on offer\n£35,000 to £45,000 plus a bonus of up to £7,000\nPension and holiday\nTraining and a clear route to progress in a growing business\nInterested?
