Experience with Workday or similar technology could be beneficial.\nThe Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end programme delivery, from initial planning and requirements through implementation, deployment and adoption. This will include developing programme plans and roadmaps, managing budgets and resources, establishing governance structures, tracking milestones and deliverables, and proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.\nWorking across HR, IT and business functions, the successful candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders and manage relationships with external technology vendors, implementation partners and consultants.
