opportunities\nConduct online demonstrations of the company's software platform\nGuide customers through the sales and onboarding process\nManage a portfolio of existing accounts\nSupport customer retention and account growth\nKeep CRM records updated and accurate\nWork closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service\nAbout You\n1-3 years' experience in sales, customer service, account management or business development\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nSelf-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude\nComfortable speaking with customers and
