Print approved randomised and open printed material.\n2. Check approved randomised and open printed material.\n3. Check Master Label Approvals.\n4. Prepare pre-printed material.\n5. Store and control printed material.\n6. Issue approved printed material to Production.\n7. Organise workload to comply with scheduled commencement of Production operations.\n8. Complete and prepare all documentation associated with the printing, checking and control of all printed material.\n9. Complete monthly production analysis figures e.g. timesheets, logs and reports.\n10. Escalate any issues with the suitability of labels to their Supervisor as appropriate.\n11. Collaborate with co-workers.\n12. Be accountable for performing all tasks to the required standards and within the necessary timeframe in accordance with the relevant SOPs and cGMPs.\n13. Perform any additional duties as required by the Label Control Manager.\nDuring periods of high volume work requests this role will require additional coverage beyond normal working hours and it is a condition of your employment that you are able to fulfil this requirement of the role.\nESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT\nGCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent)\nPrevious experience working with computers\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)\nProven ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment\nExcellent communication skills (both written and oral)\nAbility to organise, plan and prioritise tasks within a high volume, varied workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken\nHigh attention to detail\nDESIRABLE REQUIREMENT\nFive GCSE subjects (to include English Language and Mathematics) at Grade C or above (or equivalent)\nExperience of inspecting material for both accuracy and consistency\nWorking within a pharmaceutical production environment\nExperience in a design role, using computerised packages, e.g.- Abode Illustrator\nFor further details please apply directly below or contact Luke Bush directly or call 028 3025 3460.\nIf successful you will be required to complete a criminal record check through Access NI, having a criminal conviction will not necessarily exclude you from this process.
