In this role, you will coordinate the flow of creative and communications projects from intake through to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will maintain project schedules, track progress, oversee documentation, and support smooth project delivery by keeping stakeholders informed and workflows running efficiently. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nProject Management \nEnsure all work adheres to company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.\n·Manage project intake and workflow for the operations department, equitably assigning tasks to team members.\nOversee creative requests, asset production needs, and related documentation.\nReview each request, determine if additional information is required, agree to a committed deadline with the requester in writing, and ensure the requester is informed of updates throughout the task progress.\nMonitor project progress, workloads, and deadlines, adjusting assignments as needed to meet objectives. \nCommunicate deliverables, timelines, and due dates clearly to all stakeholders. \nDrive the successful execution of tasks within established timeframes and budgets. \nCoordinate with marketing, regional teams, and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. \nWork with the Creative & Communications Operations Manager to develop and maintain traffic-related processes, procedures, and work instructions. \nManage regional workflows, reviews, and timelines. \nBuild and maintain project timelines and provide updates for stakeholder communication. \nMaintain accurate project documentation, including QMS controlled processes. \nFoster strong working relationships between the operations and creative teams and internal partners. \nGather project data and provide regular reporting. \nServe as a central point of communication and coordination across departments. \nBecome a power user of the project management platform (Smartsheet). \nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE \nBachelor’s Level 7 degree in related field preferred \n2-3+ years of relevant experience preferred. \nExperience with project management tools required;
