The successful candidate will play a key role in marketing operations, event support, campaign execution, lead management, and stakeholder communications.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the delivery of marketing campaigns and operational activities \nManage and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and lead management processes.\nSupport communications and campaign coordination with internal sales and marketing teams.\nAssist with event planning, logistics, attendee management, and post-event reporting.\nCreate and distribute monthly newsletters and internal communications.\nDevelop marketing assets and presentations using Canva and other marketing tools.\nAnalyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce and reporting tools.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.\nSupport campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing process improvements.\nRequirements\nDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\n3+ years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role.\nFluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).\nStrong experience with Salesforce reporting, lead management, and campaign support.\nExperience coordinating marketing campaigns, communications, and events.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and performance data.\nExperience using Canva and other marketing tools to create marketing collateral.\nComfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.\nDesirable\nExperience supporting regional or EMEA marketing teams.\nKnowledge of marketing
