Shift Work Required includes Day & Evening Rotation.\nThe client require a proactive and experienced Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor on Rotating Days & Evening Shift to lead the microbiology team in supporting product quality, regulatory compliance, and batch release activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be involved:\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Microbiology Technicians.\nManage laboratory resources, scheduling, and workload priorities.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.\nLaboratory Operations\nOversee microbiological testing for batch release, environmental monitoring, raw materials, and finished products.\nReview and approve laboratory documentation, data, and test results.\nEnsure testing activities are completed accurately and on time.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with GMP, GLP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport internal and external audits and maintain inspection readiness.\nLead laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nMaintain and improve laboratory SOPs, test methods, and documentation.\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive improvements in laboratory processes, microbiological control programmes, and testing efficiency.\nSupport equipment validation, test method transfers, and laboratory projects.\nAnalyse microbiological trends and communicate key metrics to site leadership.\nHealth & Safety\nChampion a strong culture of safety, compliance, and good laboratory practices.\nEnsure adherence to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and laboratory procedures.\nEducation & Experience\nDegree in Microbiology is an advantage or a General Science discipline\nA minimum of 18months to 2yrs people management expr\nExperience working in a microbiology laboratory within a regulated environment is essential for this role\nKey Skills\nStrong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and microbiological testing techniques .\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.\nKnowledge of FDA requirements and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).\nHours of Work for Rotating each week Days/Evening Shift\nDays -
