Its mortgage operations team in Maynooth hires Analysts regularly across several teams.\nAs an Analyst, you'll support one of these teams through the mortgage lifecycle: from application and loan offer, through completion and drawdown, to security management and ongoing customer servicing. The work is structured, process-driven and measured against service level agreements (SLAs). Accuracy and attention to detail matter at every step.\nThe skills overlap across teams, so candidates are considered for whichever team is hiring at the time.\nKey responsibilities\nResponsibilities depend on the team you join. Most roles fall into one of the four areas below.\nOrigination\nValidate and process mortgage application information and documents in line with lender requirements\nGenerate loan offer documentation in line with procedures and controls\nRun credit reference reports on applications\nCheck mortgage documentation against credit policy and Central Bank of Ireland guidelines\nLiaise with brokers, internal teams and lenders to progress applications to drawdown\nManage the drawdown process once a loan is sanctioned, ensuring a smooth handover to servicing\nManage a central mailbox and respond to incoming correspondence\nCompletions\nProcess mortgage completions in line with procedures and service levels\nReview and verify legal and completion documentation\nCoordinate with solicitors and internal teams to progress loan drawdowns\nEnsure all completion conditions are met before funds are released\nSupport pipeline management and keep records up to date on internal systems\nSecurity Management\nTake delivery of title deeds and security documents and manage them in line with lender procedures\nCheck title deed schedules and legal packs against approved checklists\nMaintain a register of solicitor undertakings, follow up outstanding undertakings and escalate overdue ones\nReview returned solicitor documents and Land Registry folios, and issue releases once obligations are met\nArrange file storage and retrieval with third-party storage providers\nProcess follow-up correspondence from solicitors on time\nCustomer Services & Arrears\nHandle high-volume inbound customer queries by phone, email and post, resolving them at first point of contact where possible\nFollow identification and verification (ID&V) procedures on every customer interaction\nHandle complaints in line with internal procedures and SLAs\nSupport customers who are in, or at risk of, mortgage arrears, in line with the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA)\nGather and assess customer financial information to support arrears resolution\nLiaise with customers' advisors and solicitors where authorised\nAcross all teams\nProduce accurate management information (MI) and SLA reporting\nMonitor and prioritise daily workloads so work items are cleared within SLA\nKeep accurate records on internal systems\nHandle customer data in line with GDPR and data protection policies\nComply with internal policies, lender requirements and Central Bank regulations\nComplete company and regulatory training on an ongoing basis\nContribute to team goals, projects and process improvements\nRequirements\nEssential\nAt least 1 year's experience in banking, mortgages, lending, a credit union, conveyancing or legal work, or another financial services setting\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and record keeping\nComfort working in a structured, process-driven environment with SLAs and tight deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deal professionally with brokers, solicitors, customers and internal teams\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nGood MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook\nLeaving Certificate or equivalent\nAvailability to start at short notice and to work onsite in Maynooth five days a week\nDesirable\nKnowledge of the mortgage lifecycle, from application through to drawdown and servicing\nExperience reading and interpreting legal documents, title deeds or solicitor undertakings\nWorking knowledge of the conveyancing process\nExperience of customer contact in financial services, including complaints or customers in financial difficulty\nAwareness of the CCMA, the Consumer Protection Code (CPC), GDPR and Central Bank of Ireland requirements\nQFA or APA (Loans), completed or in progress\nThird-level qualification\nExperience of mortgage processing or loan servicing systems\nWhy apply\nHands-on experience across the full mortgage lifecycle\nA strong addition to any banking or financial services CV\nOngoing company and regulatory training\nFast hiring process, usually with immediate starts\nHow to apply\nSend your CV to Matthew Moan at Cpl: .\nIf you're not available right now, send your CV anyway.
