Network Design & Implementation contractor required for on site Dublin City centre location, daily rate contracting position. Immediate starting.
- Design and deploy LAN/WAN infrastructure including HP switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Configure site-to-site VPN connectivity using Checkpoint or similar technologies.
- Set up and manage DHCP, DNS, VLANS.
- Configure Domain controllers.
- Ensure network performance, scalability, and security across multiple office locations.
Desirable Attributes:
- Works on own initiative, demonstrates drive and motivation throughout tenure.
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proven track record in project management and network implementation.
- Strong English both written and spoken
- Excellent planning, documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in public sector or enterprise environments is a plus.
