In this New Product Introduction (NPI) focused role, you will support new mould tool introduction activities from initial toolmaker trials through to final operational handover.\nThis is an on-site position that requires adaptability, with travel ranging from 10% to 50% monthly depending on active project phases.\nRole\nSupport the implementation of new and existing projects / production jobs.\nEstablish and ensure process control and maintains appropriate documentation.\nMonitor the assembly / moulding running in production; troubleshoot problems associated with processes and assist in resolving quality issues.\nEstablish processes for new product lines; document product development and changes; evaluate new product performance and monitor new tool design.\nDebug moderately complex problems within a portion of new systems, tooling and automation.\nImplement experiments to enhance processes as well as improve yields and utilization through reduced cycle and efficient set up.\nImplement maintenance changes in process improvements;
