Our client, a major player in the green energy and clean tech sector, are now undergoing a period of significant expansion. As a result, they have now engaged exclusively with us in Cpl to recruit a talented, energetic, and ambitious Payroll Manager to join the Finance Team in Limerick.\nThe Payroll Manager is integral to the finance team. The successful candidate must be highly organised, self-driven and committed to delivering high quality work product under regimented time constraints.\nThe Role:\nReporting to the CFO, the successful hire will oversee all aspects of the company's payroll function & be a key part of the operations management team in Ireland. You will also be focused on the expansion of payroll systems, processes, and guidelines, and the leadership of your team.\nResponsibilities to include:\nManage the preparation and processing of multi-frequency payrolls under critical deadlines.\nOversee all aspects of both weekly and monthly payrolls for Ireland and UK.\nUpload bank files for employee pay as necessary.\nImplement appropriate controls to verify accuracy.\nCollaborate with HR, IT and Finance to implement and build out a fully integrated payroll platform.\nSupport and mentor payroll staff \nCollaborate with HR on the administration of and amendments to comps & bens schemes \nAdminister all payments of employee expenses.\nEnsure accurate reporting in relation to all Revenue & HMRC commitments.\nProduce and analyse information to support audit purposes.\nSkills & Experience that we need:\n·IPASS payroll or relevant qualification\n·6 + years’ payroll experience ideally gained in a large corporate environment.\n·Must have extensive knowledge of HR policies and Irish Payroll.
