are partnered with an established construction company who are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.\nReporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and ROI legislation.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and complete payroll reconciliations.\nProcess statutory payments including SSP and SMP.\nPrepare HMRC/Revenue submissions, including RTI.\nRespond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.\nAssist with pension administration and payroll reporting.\nSupport month-end and year-end processes and audit requirements.\nLiaise closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data.\nAssist with payroll system testing and development.\nAbout You\nPrevious experience in a payroll administration role is desirable.\nGood understanding of payroll processes and UK/ROI statutory requirements.\nProficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.\nMega Pay and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience is desirable.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\nAble to manage confidential information with discretion.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nExcellent salary and benefits package available.\nThis is a full-time position, however part-time or reduced hours may be considered for the right
