downtime, cycle time, and yield issues\nPerform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting\nSupport planned and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime\nMake real-time adjustments to improve efficiency, output, and reliability\nRepair, replace & fine-tune key components including robots, sensors, and vision systems\nSupport equipment setup, calibration, and technical changeovers\nPartner with Engineering to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues\nProactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives\nContribute to a culture of safety, quality, and high performance\nQualification/Requirement:\nMinimum NFQ Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline (essential requirement)\nProven hands-on experience in a technical environment (e.g. maintenance, automation, electrical, mechanical, fitting, motor mechanics, etc.)\nExposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environment\nGood communication and teamwork skills A proactive, continuous improvement mindset\nMin of 2 years’ exp working in a hands-on mechanical/technical environment\nInterest, energy, and motivation to work in a fast-moving manufacturing environment\nExperience of working within a team\nExcellent communication skills\nAble to work in a 28 day shift pattern\nShortlisted candidates will
