Process Technician, you will:\nMaintain and optimize performance on high-volume automated manufacturing lines\nMonitor line performance data to identify & resolve downtime, cycle time, and yield issues\nPerform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting\nSupport planned and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime\nMake real-time adjustments to improve efficiency, output, and reliability\nRepair, replace & fine-tune key components including robots, sensors, and vision systems\nSupport equipment setup, calibration, and technical changeovers\nPartner with Engineering to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues\nProactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives\nContribute to a culture of safety, quality, and high performance\nQualification/Requirement:\nMinimum NFQ Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline (essential requirement)\nProven hands-on experience in a technical environment (e.g. maintenance, automation, electrical, mechanical, fitting, motor mechanics, etc.)\nExposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability\nMin of 2 years' experience working in a hands-on mechanical/technical environment\nInterest, energy,
