coordinate daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.\nLead and supervise site teams, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.\nPlan, programme, and monitor project activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.\nReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.\nCarry out and oversee setting out activities where required.\nEnsure all works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements, including TII and local authority standards.\nMonitor and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), permits, and safety procedures.\nMaintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and workforce allocations.\nManage site resources, including labour, materials, plant, and equipment, to maximise productivity.\nOversee traffic management requirements and ensure compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).\nIdentify and report project risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial variations.\nLiaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.\nSupport the Operations Manager with project planning, reporting, and operational activities.\nPromote a positive culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nUndertake any additional duties as required to support business and project objectives.\nCandidate Requirements\nMinimum 5 years' site-based experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, roads, or structural projects.\nProven experience managing site operations and coordinating project teams.\nStrong understanding of civil engineering construction methods and best practices.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation within the construction industry.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and project
