mission-critical infrastructure projects\nAdvanced proficiency in cost management and scheduling software (Primavera, Project Cost X, or equivalent) and advanced Earned Value Management techniques to track project performance, analyse cost and schedule variances, and deliver transparent progress reporting against established baselines\nProfessional accreditation (MRICS, MSCSI, or equivalent)\nWorking knowledge of Infrastructure Guidelines and Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF)\nExperience advising clients on cost risks, value engineering opportunities, procurement strategies, and dispute resolution\nExperience in large and mission critical infrastructure is a distinct advantage\nStrategic leadership and client-facing excellence with the ability to build trust
