The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working on offer with 2/3 days onsite.\nResponsibilities Required\n·Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.\n·Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.\n·Submit and share fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process.\nMaintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes\n·Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies\n·Develop strong stakeholder relationships\n·Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process\nExperience Required\n·3+ years of Recruitment or Sourcing experience. Sales Recrutiment experience, highly desirable\n·Bachelor's Degree\n·Excellent Sourcing skills.
