We are currently recruiting on behalf of our retail client in County Carlow for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant with previous perfume or fragrance experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established retail team and work with premium fragrance products in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
Assist customers in selecting fragrances and beauty products
Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling opportunities

Requirements

Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics or beauty retail
Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a busy retail environment
Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
