including AI-driven automation, to enhance development processes and delivery speed. \nRequired Skills & Experience\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years' experience working with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.\nStrong background in data engineering, ETL development, and data migration.\nProven experience with SQL performance tuning and optimisation.\nStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working within Agile development environments.\nKnowledge of source control systems and development best practices.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nAbility to work effectively within globally distributed teams.\nDesirable Experience\nExperience with Informatica or similar ETL
