The role offers strong exposure to Finance Transformation, with approximately 70% of your time spent on finance projects and transformation and 30% on month end close. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing automation and streamlined processes across finance functions. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation and AI tools is essential for this role.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n·Finance projects and transformation (c. 70% of the role): collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions\n·Develop and implement the vision for a modern, digital finance function. Drive the selection and implementation of finance technologies, including automation, Power BI and other AI tools. Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption\n·Establish standardized, centralized data sets for enhanced insights and analytics. Improve reporting tools and technologies to deliver real time business information to leaders\n·Month end close (c. 30% of the role): consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast. Validate completeness and reasonability of submissions. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis\n·Co-ordinate forecasting and planning guidance and assist local finance teams where needed. Maintain templates to ensure correct corporate deliverables are met. Help maintain headcount tracking and produce the monthly headcount report\nExperience You’ll Need to Have:\n·4+ years of finance related experience\n·University degree in finance or accounting related field\n·Exposure to Finance Transformation and finance project delivery, alongside month end close responsibilities\n·Strong understanding of modern finance technologies, including AI, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, automation, and ERP systems\n·Expertise in finance processes. Experience leading system or process improvement initiatives\n·Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile delivery.
