needed\nRequirements\nAround 8+ years’ software development experience\nDegree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline\nStrong core Java skills, including streams, lambdas and concurrency\nSolid grounding in algorithms, data structures and distributed systems\nExperience with multi-threaded and asynchronous applications\nExperience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and OpenShift\nStrong test-driven development practices\nExperience with JVM profiling, tuning and debugging\nNice to have: React/TypeScript, Kafka, containerised or cloud deployments, low-latency
