ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes\nMaintain and tune SQL Server databases, stored procedures and views\nWrite Python for automation, orchestration, monitoring and data quality\nContribute to the move to a Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Lakehouse architecture\nManage job scheduling and workflow automation, including AutoSys and JIL scripting\nResolve production incidents and take part in on-call support\nWork with business stakeholders, analysts and engineering teams in an Agile environment\nHelp shape architecture decisions and uphold governance, security and audit standards\nRequirements\n7+ years’ experience in data warehouse and SQL Server development\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric\nAdvanced T-SQL and strong Python programming skills\nProven experience delivering Lakehouse, cloud migration or modernisation projects\nSolid ETL/ELT, data modelling and performance tuning skills\nExperience supporting business-critical production systems\nKnowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices\nStrong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to work independently\nDesirable: financial services
