Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-powered workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform.\nBuild, configure, and support Copilot Studio agents, actions, tools, and orchestration workflows.\nDevelop and implement enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and modern integration patterns.\nCreate supporting automation services, APIs, and backend components using Python.\nPartner with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nLead and contribute to solution design activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering standards.\nParticipate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices across the team.\nSupport sprint planning, estimations, and technical delivery activities.\nMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.\nRequired Experience\n5+ years' experience delivering enterprise-scale software engineering solutions.\nStrong commercial experience with Python development.\nProven expertise designing and building RESTful APIs and system integrations.\nExperience working with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.\nStrong understanding of JSON, web services, and modern integration architectures.\nDemonstrated experience owning technical design and solution delivery for medium to large-scale initiatives.\nExperience delivering production-grade solutions within large enterprise environments.\nStrong Agile delivery experience.\nExperience conducting code reviews and contributing to engineering standards and best practices.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nHighly Desirable\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.\nProven track record building enterprise workflow automation solutions.\nExperience integrating Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and SharePoint.\nPrevious experience providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.\nAdditional Advantageous Skills\nExperience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.\nExposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or related AI technologies.\nExperience with Azure cloud
