Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement enhancements to existing platform functionality.\nContribute to architectural improvements and modernisation initiatives.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production and application issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional Finance Technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.\nWork closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define, develop, and sign off user stories.\nParticipate in application design, code reviews, and best practice initiatives.\nSupport regression test automation and continuous improvement global locations.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential\nStrong commercial experience with Oracle Database (10g, 11g, 12c, or 19c).\nAdvanced PL/SQL development skills, including procedures, functions, and performance optimisation.\nProven experience in SQL performance tuning and query optimisation.\nStrong object-oriented design and software engineering principles.\nUnderstanding of design patterns and enterprise application architecture.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience working within global or distributed development teams.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.\nCollaborative approach with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to team best practices.\nDesirable\nCommercial
